Group Spiritual Direction, Unfoldment and Coaching

Grounded in a transpersonal psychology called Psychosynthesis, this is an affordable way to receive guidance/direction as well as to discover the gifts that an on-going, safe, confidential and supportive community can offer.

Group work allows you to:

• Define purpose
• Strengthen or develop a connection to Self, a higher power, god, spirit guides/angels, universe etc.
• Receive support for discernment and decision making
• Explore and integrate conflicting parts of oneself
• Gain perspective on personal history
• Explore issues of calling, awe and joy
• Learn to meditate or pray
• Become aware of feelings and images which may be nudging you towards wholeness and a sense of Self
• Explore who you are within a safe community of others
• Be seen or witnessed in new ways
• Practice new behaviors
• Integrate/apply new insights
• Work with Spirit in more conscious ways
• Practice new techniques or skills & receive constructive feedback
• Learn to not only support others but to be supported
• To tend to ourselves and our truth while honoring others

Circles are limited to 8 Travelers. By attending you are committing to show up every week unless there is an emergency or you are too ill to attend. The fee is $35, paid in blocks of 4. 

Additional attendance policies around absences will be discussed in the circle.

Remember your participation is crucial!

A limited number of spaces are available in each development circle for those with a sincere desire to attend  but are in financial need. Please contact me to discuss your situation and options.
