Confidentiality
To assure the best quality of care I may consult with other guides or with another professional. Any information shared in supervision or consultation is anonymous and held in strictest confidence. Outside of these settings nothing is shared without your written consent, except as required by law to protect you or another from serious harm. I am required by law to report known or suspected cases of abuse or neglect to children, the elderly and the handicapped.
Appointments
The time set aside by us is reserved time. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance and ask to be rescheduled. You are responsible for paying the fee for your appointment if you do not call and cancel 24 hours in advance, with the exceptions being sudden illness and situations over which you have no control.
Regular meetings are essential to effective Spiritual Unfoldment and are negotiated between us. Once the relationship is established, a typical rhythm for meeting is weekly or bi-weekly for 1 hour or 90 minutes.
Psychic Readings, Private Sittings and Healing sessions are transferable to another person. Please let me know in advance if someone else will be taking your place.

My desire is that no one be limited by finances and a reduced rate is available for those in financial need. I will be happy to discuss your particular situation.

Client Guarantee
If for some reason you are not feeling connected to the information coming through during a session or feel that we that we are not a good fit for each other within the first 10 minutes of the sessions a full refund will be issued. The same also applies if I should feel that we are not compatible or if I am unable to help you, then I will inform you and we can promptly end the session and all funds shall be reimbursed to you.
